What do you see as the most pressing challenges and ethical considerations in AI development today, and how is Exaud addressing them?

There are numerous ethical considerations that arise when dealing with AI-generated content, particularly in the context of programming code, and the issue of copyright ownership. To address these concerns, we consistently engage in discussions with our clients to determine whether auto-generated code and imagery will be a part of their projects. If this is the case, we take the necessary steps to ensure the appropriate licensing is applied.

Are there any specific industries or domains where you’re seeing a higher demand for AI-related services? What do you think is driving this demand?

Based on our extensive experience, AI-related technologies have the potential to be applied across a wide spectrum of industries. Recently, we have noticed a notable increase in demand for solutions related to data processing, management, and visualization.

What specific opportunities do you see in the AI field that you believe Exaud can leverage effectively?

We are thrilled by the rapid progress unfolding in the AI field today, especially considering our decade-long experience working on related solutions like computer vision and big data. Specifically, we believe that AI has the potential to significantly boost productivity across various industrial sectors. As a result, we collaborate closely with our clients, providing them with tailored solutions and strategies for AI innovation readiness, customizing LLM (Language Model) applications to suit specific domains such as project management and risk assessment, and offering a wide range of additional services.

What types of AI projects or solutions are your clients or customers showing the most interest in, and why do you think these areas are gaining traction?

Providing a direct answer to this question is challenging, primarily because AI represents the latest trend in inquiries from both new and existing clients, encompassing a wide spectrum of AI implementations. Typically, these inquiries begin with a general query about how AI solutions can enhance their business.

Does Exaud primarily work on AI projects as standalone efforts or as part of larger software development projects?

We run standalone AI projects, but we also integrate AI into various other projects where it can bring about improvements in task automation and productivity.

What AI technologies and frameworks does Exaud primarily leverage in its projects?

It varies depending on the specific area and the client’s requirements. For instance, when dealing with custom LLMs, we frequently collaborate with Llama 2. For language processing, we have utilized APIs like ChatGPT, among others. Additionally, we leverage various AI services and frameworks offered by leading cloud providers such as AWS, Google GCP, and MS Azure.

Can you highlight one recent or notable AI project that Exaud has successfully completed, including the problem it addressed and the outcomes achieved?

Due to the nondisclosure agreements (NDAs) in place for the majority of our projects, I’m unable to provide specific details. However, as an example, we developed a tool that enables the rapid categorization of incoming support requests. This has resulted in customers receiving faster resolutions to their reported issues, leading to a significant increase in service satisfaction and cost efficiency for our client. As a result, their support engineers can now concentrate on addressing issues that cannot be resolved through other means, such as knowledge base resources.
