Tell us a bit about yourself and why you became a developer.

I consider myself a very outgoing person and inclusive, always ready to help others. I became a developer because I enjoyed playing with computers at a young age and always wanted to choose a career in an area that included them, and in my professional high school course was where I had my first class about programming, using Visual Basic, and where I really started getting interested in coding and pursuing that path to be a professional in the area.

What was the biggest challenge you faced as a Junior Software Developer?

The first challenge I faced was in my first internship, where I was challenged to make an attendance system with facial recognition. It was a project that I was doing all alone and needed to work with multiple technologies that I had never used before, certainly one that will keep in my portfolio for a very long time. 

When you’re not coding what do you do for fun?

For fun I like playing video games, sometimes just to relax, but also to practice for competitive tournaments. Besides that, I like watching movies, listening to music (most of the time EDM, but i enjoy all kinds of music), and have nice walks near the beach when the weather is good.

If you could pick a superpower which one would you choose?

Flying, without a doubt.

If you could be friends with one fictional character who would it be?

Friendly Neighbourhood Spider-Man! He’s one of my favorite characters from comics.

What will finally break the internet?

Finding out that the one responsible for this COVID-19 pandemic all along was Elon Musk. How? Why? Exactly nobody knows, start the conspiracy theories, boys!  😂
