From coding to celebration: Exaud’s Christmas Dinner 2025

December arrived with cold weather and gray days, but it also brought the excitement of the holidays, filling the team and the office with festive energy.
 

Here, celebrations began in the most classic way: putting up and decorating the Christmas tree. The developers focused on opening and arranging the branches, the QAs checked and tested the lights, Marketing had fun with the design and aesthetics, and HR coordinated everyone to make sure it was truly a team effort: the Christmas spirit was officially live! And because a Christmas tree isn’t complete without presents, Santa showed up early this year with brand-new backpacks for the team.

A party without ping pong, snacks, and beer? Not at Exaud! We kicked off the festivities with a lively office get-together, ping pong matches, tasty snacks, and a few beers (reserved for those who had already pushed their last commit of the day, of course)! It was the perfect chance to enjoy colleagues’ company, soak up the good vibes, and take a well-deserved break before the year’s end.
 

To end on a high note, we celebrated our Christmas Dinner with delicious food, non-IT-related conversations, and plenty of stories from the past year. There was even time to sing Portuguese music classics, attempt a few shy dance moves, and share lots of laughs with the whole team. The most spirited among us ended up returning to the office afterwards to keep the night going!

Our long-awaited Christmas Dinner was also the perfect opportunity to catch up with colleagues we haven’t seen in a while, create lasting team memories, and connect across all departments. As we like to say: Our culture shapes our work, and our people define our success.
